Dr Mariano, we would probably both agree that the testes are very important. I’m not sure where you stand on the following, but I also believe there are things about the testes we (as in modern medicine) don’t fully understand yet. So, this leads me to consider the implications of basically shutting down my testes for decades of my remaining life. Is this concern justified?

Your medical opinion is very respected, I consider you far ahead of the field when it comes to optimum male health (not merely disease-free).

What do you believe about the idea of using pregnenolone during testosterone replacement as sort of an adjunct to help maintain some of those hormonal pathways that are blunted when we take exogenous testosterone?

How does your opinion on the pregnenolone matter compare to injectable human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)?

    Thank you for listening.
