Low Testosterone /Hypothyroidism.

I like to forum opinion /experiences. I have been dealing with Hypothyroidism for last 6 years , my thyroid numbers accoording to doctor is normal but i still have lot of different symptoms , some of those are muscles pain/joint soreness , lack os sex drive , lack of energy and hair loss.

My FT3 is 3.4 (2.0-4.4)
FT 4 1.31 ( 0.7-1.8)
TSH 1.23

Total Testosterone 309
Estrodial 30

Vit D 55
B12 900

I was taking HCG 400 IU /day that increased my tstosterone level to 650 but my LH and FSH is way suppressed to 0.2 low . So my doctor stopped HCG and started clomid , it brings up myLH to 5.5 , FSH to 1.4 but testostorne went low . However do notice my testes size increased , feel those big but still very less errection /ED .

Do you think prolong HCG desensitize my leydig cells ?
Can optimum thyroid is required to have other sexual hormone to work fine ?

Should i do jump start by taking HCG of 2550IU /week for 2 weeks alog with clomid or it can worse the leydig cells ?.

Any experience people can provide i really apprecaite it.

Free T3 looks to be lower than optimal based on info I’ve read it should be in close to the upper side of the range. TT looks low, was Free T tested?

HCG will suppress your LH and FSH that should be expected.

How long were you on Clomid and what dose, you LH and FSH responded but not how I would expect.
