After several years of getting tuned up, I’m at a loss and wonder if how I feel is as good as I will ever get.
Libido is not so good. ED is bad.
Mood is better than it was, but it’s the ED and libido that made me pursue change in the first place.
My refractory period is shorter than it was when I was a teenager, but I never get that horny feeling. Orgasm just seems to occur.
Periods of ED go from days of not acceptable to very bad.
I swear my penis is smaller than it was when I was younger.

    Recent labs:
    Free T4 1.4 (.9 – 1.8)
    Free T3 4.5 (2.4 – 4.2)
    RT3 312 (90-350)
    TSH .01
    SHBG 20 (11-80)
    DHEA Sulfate 598 (95-530)
    Estradiol 24 (10-40)
    Testosterone 628 (300-890)

    Glucose 91 (65-100)

    WBC 6.6 (4.0 – 11.0)
    RBC 5.89 (4.40 – 6.20)
    HGB 14.0 (13.0 – 18.0)
    HCT 42 % 40-52
    MCV 71 (80-100)
    MCH 23.8 (26.0 – 34.0)
    MCHC 33.5 (32.0 – 37.5)
    RDW 14.1 (0 – 15.2)
    Platelet count 214 (150-450)

Everything looks fine, but MCV and MCH were a curiosity and points ot possible Anemia.
Visit to PCP, he wasnt overly concerned and suspected Thalessemia as I’m of Mediterranean descent instead of Iron Deficiency Anemia,
But he agreed to run some more labs. Those results are:

    Ferritin 96 (20-250)
    Iron 52 (45-170)
    TIBC 287 (250-450)
    Transferrin Saturation 18 (20-55)
    UIBC 235 (110-370)
    Vitamin B12 1223 (211-946)
    Folate 19.7 (>=4.6)

Based on these labs, he is of the opinion no action needed.

    My current meds are:
    Test Cyp
    Armour
    T4
    DHEA 2x per day
    Pregenolone cream applied in AM
    HCG

I am convinced my issues are elevated noripinephrine and I have tried somethign very recentlt that has given me new hope. I will share what that is shortly.
