    I am 24 years old and my weight is 170 pounds and my friend told me that i can reduce my weight by doing Cardio exercise.So can you please tell me which Cardio exercise would be best for me ?

    Hi Sanfrancisco,
    Cardio exercises like walking, running, swimming, cycling and hiking are great to burn fat and lose weight effectively. I like swimming most as swimming strengthens our heart and lungs and improves muscle strength also. Swimming prevents from obesity, joint problem and heart problems and makes hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles strong.
