    Which test was used for the estrogen? In my laymans opinion its too high.

    Free T3 looks to be lower than optimal based on info I’ve read it should be in close to the upper side of the range. TT looks low, was Free T tested?

    HCG will suppress your LH and FSH that should be expected.

    How long were you on Clomid and what dose, you LH and FSH responded but not how I would expect.

    From my personal experience I think HRT does affect other hormones, while on it my DHEA was low, when I came off it came back up. HRT also exposed my thyroid problem seemingly making it worse.
