What were the initial reasons for taking clomid to increase things? Your FHS, LH and test were all pretty good prior to that. Now just seems you have built up the test only to have it negated by problems caused by high estrogen?
just started up on armidex for that estrogen 🙂
My main reason was to see what it feels like. As an experiment. Ive had some severe anxiety the past few years in my life. I must say I do feel better; it may just be from me being able to eat more, who knows. I feel more confident and in the mood to actually lift. The past two years of my life have been quite catabolic and I plan on packing on some lbs this winter.

13 – 54 PG/MLI am considering augmenting it with an AI. I just dont want to nuke my estrogens. A weak one dosed daily would suit me well. Any suggestions?

I am now taking remeron at 15mg and luvox at 100mg
The remeron helps slightly, mostly from the appetite stimulation. I am still very nauseated. When i say nauseated, its not in my stomach; its in my throat.
I have tried to bump the remeron up to 30mg but have experienced very weird side effects. Almost a drunken feeling in my legs, very hard to explain. My guess is the luvox is inhibiting the enzymes that eliminate the remeron increasing remeron concentrations.
yea, my main concern isnt with the psychiatry part of this, i strongly believe this combination will work well.
My main concern is with elimination of the substances… inhibiting of liver enzimes, and other endocrine functions. I do know trazadone likes to increase prolactin.
Theoretically luvox should increase plasma concentrations of trazadone: luvox inhibits CYP3A4, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYPP450 and CYP1A2 as trazadone is metabolized by CYP3A4. Not an issue as trazadone has a short half life and im only taking 25mg. Not its metabolite mCPP is my worry. Still gota dig into this further though.
i doubt serotonin syndrome would be an issue here.
But you do raise a point I diddnt think of. Since the antagonists are blocking serotonin from activating said receptors, it can only go somewhere else. Heavy bombardment of 5ht1? 5ht4 and up?
And about the dopamine.. the main issue from ssri’s and dopamine is activation of 5ht2 receptors inhibiting dopamine release. I cant remember the subtypes but its in that relm lol… i think.

misstype and cant edit for some reason… I was 118 but gained some lbs from remeron up to 140. Still would like to be 150-160
ehhh wish i could say i was… and i dont have much good of an outlook either… cant work anymore… dropped out of college (now in 15k+ debt)… no money.. no social life.. limited short term insurance… Can hardly eat…Im hoping something changes in time to come..

as far as your reactions, i really dont know what to say. Seems like you had some kind of paradox effect from the med. This field is so confusing sometimes!
well i must say my anxiety is high right now. feel like im back to square one… from the increase in remeron? idk… but im starting to think twice that the bump in remeron was not “right”
wouldnt remeron decrease norepinephrine signalling via adrenergic antagonism?
well i have been on remeron for about a month. I have gained a few lbs and am feeling better probably because i am actually eating… I have decided to up my dose to 30, bad move?? would the increase in norepinephrine signaling do much to aggravate my anxiety? Worsen what i assume i have.. mild adrenal fatigue??
