    I totally agree with you on what you have written.Along with workout you have do take proper diet that is rich in fibers,carbohydrates,vitamin etc.By doing workout you are burning calories as well as some energy so it is necessary to take intake of balanced diet.

    Men will show some physical symptoms like feeling tired,losing weight etc if he is depressed.He will not show emotional feeling like feeling low or crying.Men are also more likely to say they feel irritable or angry, rather than saying they feel ‘low’.

    I think you must consult to dietician and if you can afford to hire professional weight trainer then it would be the best way for you.Don’t worry you will loose your weight just don’t stop doing exercise.
