I have tried both lexapro and zoloft. They were completely different. When I hear you say lexapro was bad, It makes me realize how different we all are, since I can’t picture it being agitating at all.

Yes an autoimmune disease would be classified as a specific diagnosis of an overactive immune system
An autoimmune disease is when the immune system mistakenly attacks ones own body tissues leading to some kind of disease process. In MS it is the Myelin Sheath coating the nerves, It Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis it is the thyroid gland, In Systemic Lupus it can be any organ or tissue.
An overactive immune system can cause things such as anxiety and mood disorders and so forth but then we ask ourselves why the immune system is overactive in the first place. This can be due to hidden allergies, hidden infections/inflammation within the body as well as hormone imbalances which can trigger an overactive immune system.
if it was some sort of inflammation what could it be caused by?
December 9, 2009 at 1:15 am #3439MebigusmallMemberCan iodine help in the prostate in other ways? such as to rid chronic inflammation or chronic prostatitus, where bacteria supposedly hides deep in the prostate or is inflamed for unknown reasons.
Also I have read a lot of people with this type of euro-gentital discomfort also have symptoms of adrenal axis disregulation. So I was wondering if some kind of infection could hide and not be detected by lab tests but cause HPA axis issues. I also read that it could “clog” receptors or something to that affect and keep some sex/thyroid hormones from being used properly but appear normal.

150 mcgs of t-4 is approximately equal to 1.5 grains of armour provided one is converting properly and do not have issue with tissue response. If you feel good then do not touch it. 5 mgs cortef may that be needed to give you that extra thyroid absorption at the tissue
Is it possible to not have to fully replace thyroid and continue using a only a grain? Or will that grain partially suppress the thyroid and require full replacement.
