December 4, 2009 at 2:20 pm #3861keithdolbyMemberDr. M, In your 2nd paragraph you mentioned that estradiol increases bone growth. I have always read that estradiol is a main reason why the average female is shorter than the average male. Just becasue the average female develops faster than males and reaches their full height quicker, dosent really mean estradiol increases bone growth? Confussed about this statement b/c I always thought estradiol helped stop bone growth.

Research the pharmacy and see who uses them. Let majority rule.
University is great. How do you go about researching a compounding pharmacy? There is really no place on the internet where this is discussed.

I told you 😮
its a scam one can just use plain t-3 to get the same results and since its compounded you have no clue the accuracy of the caps. You are trusting the pharmacist not a drug manufacture. if you went to t3 you may have fried your adrenals.Isocort is not recommended if you have high norephinpherine levels. It will make you more anxious and nervious.
How about when a compounding pharmacist makes testosterone? How realiable is this, wouldnt you also have to trust the pharmacist and not a drug manufacture?
October 6, 2009 at 5:39 pm #3738keithdolbyMemberOn the adrenal support, do you take isocort or cortef or something else? Can isoocort raise and balance cortisol levels as good as cortef can? Thanks

#3- low saturated fats and low fat diets. Do you mean or recommened low fat diets? I thought you liked fats, especially the good ones like egg yolks, nuts, seeds, fish oil, organic meats, fish oil. etc.?
October 3, 2009 at 7:53 pm #3022keithdolbyMemberI did a challenege test for mercury a few years ago, I did a protocol I found on dr. mark hyman’s website. I ended up taking 3,000 mg of DMSA at one time. I would advise not to do this, as I have been not doing too well ever since.
September 30, 2009 at 12:31 am #3481keithdolbyMemberI know most on here would tell you optimal levels of both vitamin d3 and vitamin A would probably be best and more than likely would not agree with becoming vitamin d deficient just in order to raise vitamin A.

September 28, 2009 at 8:04 pm #2707keithdolbyMemberI was just looking at a website called whfoods.com, seemed like a pretty good website devoted to the best foods available. It has a list of 129 foods that they like the best in terms of health, availability, etc.
September 26, 2009 at 3:10 pm #3437keithdolbyMemberIf one goes and donates blood or plasma, I know they will sometimes use iodine to clean the area for drawing. This type of iodine I believe kills everything on the skin. Would the lugols have the potentional to kill to much of the good bacteria in the GI tract? I think people often think that killing bacteria is helpful, but in reality you really dont want to kill off your good bacteria either.
September 26, 2009 at 3:05 pm #2706keithdolbyMemberThanks wapf fan,
I would have to say that the hemp protein is probably good for you. I see nothing in the ingredients that would indicate otherwise. The ingredients I have is just raw organic hemp protein. The main reason I am interested in these protein shakes is that I am trying to find a healthy way to add more calories to my diet.
September 23, 2009 at 1:59 am #2705keithdolbyMemberThanks, Is there any protein drinks that are good? If not, what are you suppose to eat/drink postworkout? I always thought this was a good time for a protein shake.
Are single ingredient foods the best foods available? Thanks

September 17, 2009 at 11:32 pm #3104keithdolbyMemberDr. Jerry Kartzinel ( also a top pediatrician for autism) has all of his kids on high dose sub-q methyl b-12, and also very high doses of vitamin d3. He does other things as well, but I believe sub-q methyl b12 is usually his first line of treatment.
