    What brands are preferable? I typically go Carlson’s or Nordic Naturals? Are these good enough? Do they warrant the excess cost?

    What does high Thyroglobulin and Thyroglobulin AB mean, with a thyroid panel (T3, Free T3, T4, Free T4, rT3) that is good usually mean?

    When I say VLC, i’m saying low enough to be in ketosis (say under 50g or lower a day).

    Assuming a very nutrient dense, whole food diet, what are your thoughts on Very Low Carb Diets? Recommend? Any reason against it? Any issues with being in ketosis? Thanks for answering these questions, very helpful.

    Regarding the first, optimizing nutrition, what are the most critical factors? Avoiding sugar, wheat/gluten, trans fats, omega 3:6 ratio, and avoiding foods that you are allergic too?
