    You can reduce stress by doing meditation which keeps your mind cool and relaxed.You can learn meditation from yoga professional or you can learn it from some kind of cd’s or dvd’s.Even various books are available in the market on meditation.

    You must follow some diet routine.Like in the morning you can have a glass of milk and oats then after 2hrs you can have one fruit.In the lunch you can have either fish or chicken after the gap of 2 hrs again have a fruit or some fresh juice and in the dinner you can some green leafy veggies.Along with diet routine so exercise regularly.
