I’ve posted this same issue on other forums and still can’t believe that no one really knows or has dealt with any similar issue. I’ve read other posts from members that have this issue as well, but no expertise can give insight into what causes it or how to fix it.

So iodoral will only work on converting bad estrgen to good estrogens if I add those supplemt to my regime? Doesn’t DIM work without those pretty fast? How long before seeing results if I start supplementing with those supplements? Weeks or months?

Iodoral is better because it does not put a strain on methylation issue. It converts the bad estrogens to estriol which is the protective kind. DIM for me puts too much stress on methylation and can cause issues with depletion on b-12 and folic acid since I am already an undermethylator to begin with. DIM will work for people with proper methylation, but if you suspect undermethylation stick with iodoral. I prefer to use 250 mgs of 100% trans reservatrol, 50 mgs iodoral and 1000 mgs calcium d glucurate as a safety blanket for estrogens as well as super greens mixture known as Green Vibrance

Will iodoral interact with my thyroid medication? You have a specific brand you want to recommend?
