I have seen cases by Dr Hertoghe where he offers melanotan II for erections if this is an issue.

The users reported crazy wood, sometimes with no libido but still wood, and lot of side effects.

What is the lowest efficient dose for effect?

How would one from Europe get a consultation with you Dr Mariano and please tell me about how to handle prescriptions that you give and that sort of stuff across the border? Do i take meds from US to Europe with your signed paper and how do you handle this in the future, or do i fill it in in Europe (if that’s possible)

i have looked into SSRI, but i read usually the effects will wear off when using an ssri for PE and once you stop the SSRI the Pe will be much worse than before.

you are at 700 t levels now, so why not do a clomid again for a month at 3x15mg to see if this is the thing that helped PE, i mean you can start it right away and come off no problem as well?
