His phone number is 831-375-6655. I personally do not know about the online lab thing etc…. but on your first visit with him, he will evaluate the labs that you do have, bring them with you. From there, he will work with you and so on.:o Dr. M is a Medical Genius and I am totally happy and feeling better, having him treating me! He is one of “The Best” Doctor’s out there, in my opinion. I have been treated over the past 14 years or more by at least 20 various types of Doctors, and it is my experience that Dr. Mariano is ‘THE BEST”

Does he order labs and give scripts? I would prefer working with him only as opposed to him treating me through my doctor. My insurance company has been fighting me and my premium has almost doubled in the last year and a half.

I sent an email to the address you gave me, but no reply. i hope I can get a hold of someone soon I will be going to Cali in a few months. I can’t really afford to make it to the east coast.

In regards to the phone number, I have been trying to contact him via the number on this website which is 1-831-375-6655. I have tried faxing him and leaving message last week and have not heard back yet. I am assuming he is out of town or very busy.

I too though am trying to get ahold of him and would appreciate it if someone could pm me another number to reach him at or the number that they use to get ahold of him. I really need to speak with asap as my health is in pretty bad shape and would be very grateful if someone could help me out.

For someone who is out of state that is very discouraging.

I have a question. If I was to fly out to see him how long would it take to complete everything. He’s in California right? I know the initial appointment is 2 hours. I have a bunch of labs, but if he was to order more how long would it take? Or would I make initial visit he orders tests and then treats me online or over the phone. I will only be out there for maybe a week. And also will he treat and order labs without going through my doctor? I called the lab place and they said he could just fax the labwork to them and they would send the results to him.

Also I need to make an appointment and I can’t find a phone number.

Can someone please pm me a number to get a hold of Dr. Mariano? I can’t find it.

    Hi JanSz

What is wrong with my morning cortisol level?

Uric Acid I agree. I was told what it is caused by, but with doing low carb (around 20grms aday) high protein would this improve or get worse? I have trouble losing weight unless I’m in ketosis. I have had no other diet plan that worked as well as a keto diet. If a keto diet would make it worse is it worth it given how much weight I need to lose? I worry about my heart. You suggested a diet I should follow on the minds and I have been following one that is very close to it minus the steamer.

Testosterone is low. Do you think weight loss would raise it or fixing other issues like hans is saying?

Prolactin is high. I took bromo for a while. at first I felt a difference, but after a while it just made me feel dizzy and not much else.

Shbg is low. Is this a problem? I know it’s because I’m fat so I am already working on that. With weight loss would it raise with testosterone or by itself?

For the cheat day I meant every three weeks not three days. I set goals and if I don’t reach them I don’t take the cheat days.

Thyroid issues and excessive body fat
The body if having high enough body fat it will recongnize fat as another organ causes nutrients to be used at a higher rate.

So do you think if I continue to lose weight and treat whatever thyroid issues and if any adrenal issues my test could normalize?

    I see multiple issues going
    1. Vitamin D is low dangerously
    2. Low zinc levels – low alkaline phosphotase
    3. High uric acid which could be due to diabetic like state, blue eyes, gout, and copper excess should be ruled out
    4. Vitamin b-12 deficiency at tissues.
    5. Potential cortisol imbalance that need to be ruled out via ASI
    6. One needs to see a complete thyroid panel including ft3 levels as well as one you have noted.
    7. I would also look if this is primary or secondary hypogonadism or from other causes such as nutrient imbalances.

    Hi Hans,

I spoke to you on the minds and through email my wife is currently pregnant.

Anyway I changed my name cuz people at work found out my name and it’s kinda embarassing so….

I may not be able to afford to make the trip out to see you. We are barely going to be able to make it to cali with ticket, hotel, visit, tests…..

I followed your suggestion on supplementing I think it was 20,000 ius of vitamin d ( I use vitamin d3) for two weeks and currently am taking only 5,000ius a day + more sun light.

I take 50mgs chelated zinc every night with one tablespoon evo (gonna switch to coconut).

I take a mulit, hawthorne berry, celery seed extract, calcium w vitamin d & k, fish oil.

I also supplement fiber with orange sugar free metamucil 3 times daily.

I am down 10 pounds since restarting high protein low carb. Originally I thought I was 300 pounds turns out I got up to 320 now I am at 310.

Basically I eat steak, chicken, and broccoli daily. Sometimes sugar free jello. Occasional diet coke, green tea and water.

Every three days I give myself a cheat day. Reconsidering this, because I really don’t like going back into ketosis and I feel much better when I am in.

    Sleep needs work.

What do you think could be causing my vitamin and mineral defficences? Diet or digestive problems?

Your TT/E2 ratio is not good here… was this a sensitive (or ultrasensitive) E2 test? I’d talk to a Dr (Dr M if possible) about an AI (aromatase inhibitor) like arimidex to improve this ratio. You may end up needing HCG or testosterone as well.

Maybe ai and bromo plus the weight loss?

I used to not want test, but lately I don’t care I just wanna feel normal again.

I know you from the minds. I had to change my name some people at work found out I was posting there so I’ll be using this tag from now on.
