    One common asthma trigger is exposure to allergens. Outdoor allergens are almost impossible to avoid in order to prevent asthma. Avoiding outdoor allergens to prevent asthma may be quite difficult next to impossible. But there as some preventive measures that will help limit your exposure to allergens and irritants.

    Protect your skin from harsh weather conditions. Apply a good, broad spectrum sunscreen when going outdoors. Eat healthy foods, maintain a healthy weight, Increase physical activity, Limit alcohol, and don’t smoke, Manage stress, Practice slow, deep breathing.
