As we all are aware of the fact that sugar is sweet but the truth is better, as we all know that sugar lead to various diseases like diabetes, sugar and many more. if a person suffer from the sugar then his life become worst as he or she has to avoid the things which are sweat this is really a better truth.
Sugar is sweet in taste as we all know but the bitter truth is that it lead to various diseases which is dangerous for your health as well as for the life, sugar lead to diabetes, heart disease, and not good for the body, so take the sugar in limited quantity.
It is very much true that white(refined) sugar is very bad for health when taken in excess amount.This is the universal fact and if you take it in excess you may suffer from various diseases like diabetes,blood pressure and many more.It also increase your body weight.
