    Can someone please tell me what you can take as a natural source for sleeping? I have not slept for a week now. I am lucky if I sleep 3-4hrs a night. I have been taking 3mg of Melatonin, but it does not affect me one bit. It use too work for me..but for some reason is not anymore.

    I have been sweating bad under my armpits only, and also have a weird smell in my urine.

    Do you have problems falling asleep or staying asleep or never feeling rested regardless of number of hours spent sleeping? I have the last two and here is what I have liked taking. By the way, melatonin by itself doesn’t work at any amount, maybe because I was taking too much.

    This is probably the best single-application that I have taken, meaning that I feel amazing the day after first use at only one cap but repetitive use doesn’t lead to much improvement over reference. It has only 0.5 mg of melatonin per cap, by the way:

    Overall, everything works for a very short time for me and then I am back to normal which is not good but I should not be complaining anyway. Rotating those may be helpful and I’ll try that after my vacation this week.

    I have trouble with both. It is difficult for me to fall asleep and to stay asleep. I constantly wake-up. I have had a lot on my mind lately, so this has made my sleeping even worse. I have averaged between 3-4hrs a night for the last wk. As soon as I am awake, I can not go back to sleep. I feel like I am on the edge if it makes sense. I can not relax whatsoever. Having a lot of anxiety lately. I am also sweating bad for no reason like I was working out or something under my arm-pits. It’s crazy!

    I see now how important it really is to keep ur hormones in level. If they are off, it can cause u a lot of trouble and also interfere with ur personal life. I am trying really hard to get my hormones back in check, because I don’t like how it has made me very emotional. I cry so easily. I just wish I had listened to someone very close to me that tried to help me over and over, and I just did not see at the time how it was really affecting me.

    Thank you for taking the time machinehead to give me this information. I really do appreciate it. I will have to look further into this and see what these products are really like. For some reason when I take my 100mgs of progesterone the weeks I’m on it, it really helps me sleep. I relax more. I start it up again this Saturday and can’t wt to begin it again.
