Severe Fatigue Low aldosterone etc.

Someone from another board suggested I post here to see what you think.
I am currently on 175mg of testosterone a week, hcg and arimidex.
Basically got Adoc I pay for out of pocket to try hydrocortisone and he added some T3 because of a high RT3 and tsh at the time. Felt better but my regular doc and endo freaked out and wanted me off the t3 and hc. Here is some blood work that’s been done recently.
My SHBG drops down to around 11 or 12 once in a while as well for what it’s worth.

Aldosterone baseline 4, no refrence given. at 60 minutes dropped to 2 which is flagged as low
