    Dr. Mariano,
I’ve been on trt for the past year now. Although my levels are all in check my dopamine levels are extremely low. I’ve have not experienced any sign of libido at all. I used to get a kick in libido for only 20 minutes in the morning and gone after that. Now I don’t even get that.

    My catacomines test:
results=23 (scale level between 40-100) 40 being lowest and 100 being highest.

23 is well below the bottom range.
I started taking 2.5mg of deprenyl for a week now with vitex and get little energy increase but not much.
I don’t know how to get my libido to kick in and get better brain focus and mood.

I’ve taken shots, and testim (seperately) 1 tube a day before. The testim had my t levels low because my doc at the time would not increase my dose because I had no health insurance at during time. Although my levels were low I did experience a slight increase in libido at that dose. I was bloated too probably from the estrogen, but have no adex to help out. Then I took shots and could never control e2, but when I did on few occasions my libido and mental focus was awesome!! My endo at the time never check thyroid, adrenals or anything important so I came off because I could not control e2 for long period of time.

I’ve tried adderall and concerta but feel too high. Concerta in the past did increase my libido greatly, but I’m too wacked out on it.

Now I have a really great doctor who is on top everything including my thyroid and adrenals, but my dopamine is low on the testosterone t-cream that I’m on.

How can I get my libido to kick in since deprenyl isn’t doing it yet?
I don’t really know what to do because dopamine agonist have so many side effects. I work in an office setting and can’t be feeling high or falling asleep from sides of agonists.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.
