I recently got my test results 2 weeks ago and my 2/16 estrogen metabolites were way off.
My 16 estrogen metabolites were much higher then my 2 estrogen metabolites.
Should I take Iodoral or DIM?Which work faster and stronger? This is obviously why my libido has not worked on t-shots in the past 8 months. Adrenals and thyroid are in check now. I tend to have a spike in libido early in the day for about two hours and it suddenly stops consistently every morning since being on trt shots for 8 months.
Anyone experience this at all or know why?

Iodoral is better because it does not put a strain on methylation issue. It converts the bad estrogens to estriol which is the protective kind. DIM for me puts too much stress on methylation and can cause issues with depletion on b-12 and folic acid since I am already an undermethylator to begin with. DIM will work for people with proper methylation, but if you suspect undermethylation stick with iodoral. I prefer to use 250 mgs of 100% trans reservatrol, 50 mgs iodoral and 1000 mgs calcium d glucurate as a safety blanket for estrogens as well as super greens mixture known as Green Vibrance

Will iodoral interact with my thyroid medication? You have a specific brand you want to recommend?

Please idenitfy if you are iodine deficient via 24 hour urine load test from VRP or Dr flectchas web site. It will make thyroid meds work better and more efficiently as well as protect your self from cancer and other hormonal imbalances. Many people that use sea salts are iodine deficeint because iodine is removed.
