I have started using some Krill Oil which contains phospholipids and phospholydlcholine i have to say i started feeling great after using this supplement. I had a bit of low cholesterol also and this might be helping to improve my cholesterol levels possibly i’m not sure all i know is i feel good with Krill Oil. My attention and cognitiion and mood have improved much and energy as well.

Phospholipids such as phospholydlcholine work to repair cell membranes and allow nutrients to enter and exit cells in a efficient manner. They are also vital for liver protection, brain functioning and general health. Krill Oil contains phospholipids and converts to PC and the liver protector TMG in the body.

Here is a link regarding the krill oil:

I am also going to pick up some Phospholydlcholine. This supplement helps to clear out the cell membrane also of any waste products. And has numerous other health benefits:

Just wanted to put this info out their. I have used lots of crap supplements which have done nothing i have probably gone through every single supplement their is and have found true benefits from very few. I can say Krill Oil is definitely worth adding to your general health supplements.

Krill oil has been becoming quite popular more recently, as it’s been coming on the tails of the fish oil popularity. From what I’ve read, it has many of the same benefits as fish oil, since they both are often taken primarily for the DHA. My understanding is that fish oil is actually has a higher concentration of DHA than krill oil. However krill oil also has some additional benefits from the antioxidants it contains, as well as anti-inflammatory properties. These are some benefits you won’t find in the fish oil. Krill is also obviously a much smaller organism than the fish that fish oil comes from. Because of this, there is less concern regarding toxins and heavy metals that might accumulate. This is a huge positive, since it is very important to make sure that the fish oil used is distilled well enough to ensure that any toxins are removed. Krill oil is quite the interesting supplement, and has replaced fish oil for many people.
