    Overweight is main problem for now a stress to every one from children to older people in the whole world. To fight with this kind of health problem try to make a habit for daily exercise to burn body weight.

    Overweight children have a much harder time getting through life than ones that are fit. Also you need to take exercises that will help you to burn down excess fat in your body,here you will need a fitness trainer that will help you take the right exercises which suit your particular body need.

    You must follow some diet routine.Like in the morning you can have a glass of milk and oats then after 2hrs you can have one fruit.In the lunch you can have either fish or chicken after the gap of 2 hrs again have a fruit or some fresh juice and in the dinner you can some green leafy veggies.Along with diet routine so exercise regularly.

    I think you must consult to dietician and if you can afford to hire professional weight trainer then it would be the best way for you.Don’t worry you will loose your weight just don’t stop doing exercise.

    I think you need to walk for some period,
    do it everyday in morning and also evening if it is possible,
    this is best way to loss weight and fat!!!!!!

    Some tips might be helpful in losing your extra lbs.
    Break your meals in 5 small meals including snacks,
    Include raw food more in your diet meals,
    Avoid soda, diet soda and beverages,
    Chew food well before swallowing,
    Eat slowly and take small bites,
    Drink enough water daily,
    Do start some exercise to lose weight quicker.

    You must avoid to eat those food which contain rich quantity of carbohydrates and fats. You should drink fresh juices in your daily routine and as well as eat some type of cereals.

    Horrible advice since this will set your body up for a major state of inflammation causing more weight gain. Find out what factors and hidden stressors with in your body, minds, and environment to make you over weight in the first place.

    Hello guys,…
    Overweight is my major problem.But now i would dieting for weight loss.
    I am eating the fresh juice and vegetarian foods.
