A couple of my 6-year old daughter’s friends have little bumps on the backs and sides of their upper arms. I thought Dr. M had said this was a vitamin deficiency but I don’t remember which one. D or A?

    Thanks for any input!

Follicular keratosis – essentially blocked hair follicles that feel like grains of sand in the skin – may indicate a deficiency of Vitamin A.
