Black jack, If you are honest with your self PE is most likely being caused by potential uncertainy in your relationship. I would love to hear Dr. M views on how uncertainy in relationships as well as subconscous guilt plays into the equation. When you are with a woman you love and they are not full filling your needs and desires then it will start to play with your head and can cascade into affecting your over all well being. Dr M I would love to hear your imput on sexual frustration with in a relationship and how can it can impact one’s emotinal and mental status both at the conscious and unconscious level.
August 10, 2010 at 1:47 am #4434BlackJackMemberI think my PE is linked to ED, a reason why i think Cialis helps my PE
when i start to lose my erections my body forces it self to ejaculate, when i can maintain a hard erection i can let my prostate relax and not worry, when i start to lose my erection i start to squeeze my penis to hold it up, then i ejaculate
maintaining an erection requires a very high amount of testosterone.
if my TT was high, along either higher thyroid, cortisol, pregnenonle, it would be interesting to see if that effects anything.August 10, 2010 at 2:59 am #4432hardasnails1973MemberWell there is no reason for your T not to be in the upper 1/3 range or higher on HCG.
Here is my thinking you have been as high as 800 plus and still had PE. So right there should be your answer that no matter how much you manipulate your hormones there is still a psychological component to the equation. That is why I am waiting for DR M to chime in on this scenerio.August 10, 2010 at 3:02 am #4435BlackJackMemberThanks han
I didnt have PE as bad when i was on clomid, in my journal i was lasting 5-10 minutes ( could be cialis too)
now my PE is real bad, 20 seconds…
I remember Dr. SHippen told me, clomid blocks some “receptors” which may help my PE, but he wasnt sure
i got a Fleshlight to see if i can build up my stamina
i have looked into SSRI, but i read usually the effects will wear off when using an ssri for PE and once you stop the SSRI the Pe will be much worse than before.

you are at 700 t levels now, so why not do a clomid again for a month at 3x15mg to see if this is the thing that helped PE, i mean you can start it right away and come off no problem as well?
