Hello, I am taking the supplements listed in the title (Isocort, L-Theanine, Vitamin D) and while they are providing some decent cognitive and energy improvements they have been giving me some wicked insomnia (4-6 hours of sleep). Most of the times I have to pee when waking up as well. Could anyone explain the physiology behind this? Is it too much norepinephrine? Any suggestions on some supplements that could be taken off or added on? I’ve been cautious to add any supplements when taking isocort due to some amplified reactions…

4 pellets of isocort at 8am
then 4 pellets of isocort at noon.
So far, it has been 3.5-4 months of use.

I stopped taking the Vitamin-D. It was not much 600 Iu. I am still taking the L-theanine, 100mg once daily. Occasional insomnia, like once a week, but it’s been better the past few days.

The L-Theanine is causing some of the insomnia with the isocort now.. anyone have any suggestions replacing the L-theanine? L-theanine is providing some major cognitive benefits…
