    After three week on iodine 12.5 mg and Iron, I cut my hydrocortisone 30 mg to 15 mg without side effets (fatigue, headache…)
    It’s possible that iodine heal adrenal ???

    It is shown in studies of rats that iodine deficiency can mimic hypo pit.

    Umm…I was under the impression that Hydrocortisone was supposed to be reduced gradually. I am not a doctor, but cutting your dose in half doesn’t seem very gradual to me.

    I’ve cutting HC dose in only 3 weeks – 2 week at 20 mg and one week at 15 mg.
    I’m OK at this dosage…

    According to studies in rats iodine deficiency has shown to reflect symptoms representing hypopituitarism.

    how long does it take to correct an iodine deficiency?

    I am in no way saying iodine supplementaion is unecesarry, but came across a pro thryoid phd who was saying something to that affect, he was also speaking against unsaturated fats and promoting cocunut oil.. Is it okay to post link? just wanted some oppinions.

    Get the book “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon

    It will overturn everything you thought you knew about nutrition. Almost everything.
