Here is my last week blood work.
My endo is putting me on TRT. But I think I might also have problems with cortisol, thyroid and human growth hormon levels. What do you think?

    Last week blood work:

    Test/ Result / References/

    Total Cholesterol/ 184 / 130 – 200 mg/dl/

    Triglycerides/ 58* / 60 – 190 mg/dl/

    Cortisol/ 10.9 / 4.2 – 38.4 mcg/dl/

    HGH/ 2.76*/ 0 – 1 ng/ml/

    TSH/ 0.96/ 0.35 – 4.94 mcUI/ml/

    FSH/ 3.7 / 0.95 – 11.95 mUI/ml/

    LH/ 1.05*/ 1.26 – 10.05 mUI/ml/

    Total Testosterone/ 3.2/ 1.66 – 8.77 ng/ml/

    Free Testosterone/ 3.1*/ 4.25 – 30.37 pg/ml/

    IGF-I/ 161/ 116 – 358 ng/ml/

Results with a * are either low or out of range.

I can’t speak for the rest of it but an AM Cortisol (assuming this is a morning sample) of 10.9 is pretty low. It should be closer to 18-20.

Well not exactly AM, it was taken around 12 – 1 pm, does it change something?

Testosterone is near the low end of the reference range (300-1000 ng/dL).
HGH seems pretty high for your lab’s reference range.
    However, IGF-1 is low.

However, there is too little data otherwise. The labs are incomplete, making it difficult to more fully comment.

    For example:
What is the problem that one is experiencing?
What is the reason for seeing an endocrinologist?
    What is the person’s age?
What are the person’s health problems?
What is the person’s axillary temperature and blood pressure?
What physical signs were seen on exam?

Other labs to help complete the picture:
    HDL Cholesterol
    LDL Cholesterol
    DHEA-s
    Progesterone
    Estradiol
    Total T4
    Free T3
    Reverse T3
    Electrolytes
    Fasting Glucose
    Serum Osmolality
    Insulin
    Vitamin A, B12, D 25 OH, Folate,
    Homocysteine, Methylmalonic Acid,
    Ferritin, Serum Iron, CBC,
    Zinc, Magnesium,
    Fractionated Plasma Catecholamines,
    etc.
