Right guys,
New to the board after seeing it mentioned on another board I sometimes visit.
Please could you guys view my hormone blood results + offer opinion, advice etc? My symptoms have been going on for around 2 years, gradually getting worse to the point where I had to go to my docs and BEG for full blood testing!!! – zero sex drive, zero erectile activity, unable to orgasm, extreme fatigue, loss of muscle + fat gain on the abdomen, general ‘shit’ feeling, depressed, lack of mental acuity.
All results are from 18th September, except for the ones from 2 weeks ago + for your info I am 31, never smoked, very infrequent alcohol, never done drugs or steroids, I take a reasonable level of exercise + eat well.
TSH – 2 (0.5 – 5)
Free T4 – 15.6 (10-25)
Total T3 – 1.82 (1.1 – 2.8)
Total Testosterone – 13.3 (8.6 – 56)
SHBG – 31.6 (13-71)
LH – 3.8 (1-8)
FSH – 1.9 (<11)
Estrogen – 121 (<130)
Prolactin – 379 (<300)
Cortisol (9am) – 752 (>250)
I can see clear T4 and T3 issues (low), very low testostetrone + raised prolactin.
What does this indicate? what kind of issue?
Also what do you guys think of my other readings?
I am to see my endo for a follow up on friday. Any assistance would be very appreciated, thanks.

If you just got done having sex or ejaculation 48 hours before your test then you could cause elevated prolactin levels. Your thyroid is a little on the low end, but i would also evaluate your adrenal function VIA your 24 hour cortisol salvia test. Having low to may be coming from zinc deficency, b-6 (all which help lower prolactin). YOu may also want to have a urinary cortisol test 24 hour if saliva is not available. I would look to see if you are having some kind of a hidden infection or stressor on the body to why cortisol is 3 times higher end. Please focus on the obvious and then go from there.

I await results of a 24 hour urine cortisol test that I took on the 18th.

If you went to an anti-aging doctor you would definitely be offered TRT.
