I have one patient that has been in this funk for a while and looking at all variables it keeps coming back to solution that seem almost to easy. His hormones are picture picture, but he still seems to be stuper. His e2 was alittle high in relationship to shbg so we tried smallest dosage of adex to see if that would work. Nothing. Hes been on a compounded gel that is producing 850 TT 2 hours after application. Hes on cortef because of low adrenals and thyroid could not be picture perfect. He said he felt good on androgel and got incredible libido for 4 weeks the stopped. The dr would not raise the dosage. Could simply changing the type of TD testosterone have such a drastic impact on his libido and energy and mood? Have you seen that certain types of TD have such a huge impact on a person well being or libido.
