    I have a Immunoglobulin E level of 4100 (<100) which is a over 40 fold increase over normal. Anti-histamines help me to a great degree with generalised fatigue when i take them. What could be causes of this high level of IgE. I already avoid wheat, dairy and soy in my diet as i have issues with these foods.
