I have researched GH for the past 5 or 6 years and I am also a chronic Insomniac. I know that GH is released in spurts during a certain sleep stage and since I usually sleep for 3-4 hours after I fall asleep, then I always wake up at approximately 3 am, my most recent lab results came back with an IGF-1 level kind of low (Around 167). It is possible that my doctor (Who is an EXPERT) on subjects like these, might try me on a trial of GH in the future and after all of my other Hormones are balanced etc…. but I was simply wondering if anyone out there may have knowlege of “Personal Experience” in using GH and it’s pro’s and con’s on sleep ? Does anyone know where I could look and research on my own what GH does or does not do with regards to either helping sleep or not ??
