    Hi all,

I was dating a girl this past January and though we did not have sex, we did dry hump (i.e I had my boxers on while she wore nothing). She seemed to have been active if you will, but claimed she was a virgin. A couple of weeks after we initially hooked up I started to notice these painless red dots that would come and go after I went to the bathroom. They would not show up throughout the day unless I went to the bathroom which was very strange. It was painless so I didn’t think much of it but now I am starting to think a lot of it as I am shedding some hair. I know there is a correlation between syphilis and hair loss so that is why I am concerned.

These red dots are painless but I am always so tired, regardless of how much sleep I get and my upper thighs hurt sometimes. My penis even tingles but not to the point where it is unbearable.

I do have a thyroid condition (hypo) which could be a result for my hair loss, but stress is also another factor. I think I have become too stressed out about this to where I cannot function properly and people are starting to notice that I do not have as much energy as I once did.

I have not had an outbreak of any kind besides these painless red dots that will frequently appear when I am urinating. When I urinate I do not have any pain – which is good!

I have not had pain while urinating and its now the month of July so I feel like I would have other symptoms if it was herpes. I guess I am rambling but I just want to anyone who is familiar with this disease to give me an insight on what they or a friend experienced. I just hate looking online without any answers because it bugs me to think I could have something when it could be nothing at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will be happy to answer any questions one might have.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. God Bless,
