Is it a good idea to use vegetable digestive enzymes on a regular basis. I have been using these and they have helped to relieve gas, bloating, and digestive discomfort. Im not sure if they have helped me eat less no idea.
Would they be useful for general health in improving absorbtion of foods to make you feel less hungry in general…

Would you give us an example of what vegetable digestive enzymes are?
Many people around the world are Lactase deficient and thus cannot tolerate foods which have dairy products (including cheeses).

Protease, Amylase, Lipase, Cellulase. They digest protein, carbs, fats and fibre. They are not pancreatic enzymes but instead from a vegetable source.

If people are low in cholesterol I also recommend oxbile .Things I recommend to people that are ill with gut disorders are
1) Good digestive enyzme – omega zyme top of the list
2) Green Vibrance
3) Traceminerals – liquidmins
4) seagest –
5) EV cocconut oil
6) If cholesterol is low then I also add Sonic cholesterol in to help support hormone system. One also have to remove things that one is allergic too (wheat, gluten, diary, egg, peanuts, shell fish)

Here is a study I found on how peptidases can be lowered in celiac disease.
http://www.springerlink.com/content/n8j4123r11852455/More and more people with food allergies and hidden celiac are showing up more often then once thought. Alot of people with psychological disorders have shown up with this Gi issue.

That is true what you say regarding celiac. I have a celiac blood test negative and my GI stool analysis was also negative but i have been avoiding gluten, it might have shown up if i have been eating gluten containing foods.
If i add back gluten/wheat foods i get 1-2 hours after.. shortness of breath, feeling weak, slight dizziness and malaise, thats why i don’t bother with it i simply go gluten free for my health.
Good information regaring the enzyme supplements.
Hardasnails this is the Greens supplement i have:

Looks to be packed with nutrition.
Can liquidmins replace all the minerals you are taking? Because that would be certainly much easier than taking them individually.
At times it can get quite difficult remembering all that you need everyday – Probiotics, digestive enzymes, Betaine HCL, EFA’s – hemp seed oil, EVCO, Minerals, B Vitamins.
The minerals i take are: zinc, magnesium, manganese, chromium, selenium, iodine, molybdenum.
Copper i have had sensitivity or reactions to even though its really low on my hair analysis.
