    Regarding supplements: what is the difference between DHEA and 7 KETO. Are they interchangeable?

    7-keto is just one of many metabolites of DHEA. So they are clearly not interchangeable metabolically, but I have heard anecdotal reports that they are interchangeable symptomatically. I supplement with the parent hormone myself.

    7 keto is suppose to be non androgenic or estrogenic but this claim has not been proven.

    Is one better for men the other for women?
