Ok heres some interesting info i though i’d share.

I usually have a problem of waking up everyday at around 12-1pm. I can’t get up any earlier if i do i feel like i zombie and lethargic beyond belief. Note: i go to sleep at like 1-2am.

I’ve started taking SAMe and now my wake up time is around 10am so it is getting better. I think this is due to the fact that SAMe is is involved in Catecholamine Metabolism. The formation of Epinephrine, Metanephrine and Normetanephrine requires SAMe. So with my low morning cortisol levels the use of SAMe has directly helped to increased my cortisol levels to some degree. And my face looks much better in the morning now as well. SAMe is also involved in the production of melatonin which is probably being increased now aiding better sleep.

With P5P i have noticed a lot better moods + reduced anxiety and i feel happy just out of the blue. It has also reduced my need for carbohydrate foods since it increases serotonin.

Another supplement which im just about to add is a Coenzymed B Vitamin Complex. The formation of catecholamines, Serotonin and Melatonin requires these Coenzymed B Vitamins. Particularly Vitamin B2 as FAD and Vitamin B3 as NADH. They are also very much involved in the Krebs/Citric Acid Cycle and the production of Energy by the body through Electron Transport and Oxidative Phosphorylation so this is another huge benefit of Coenzymed B Vitamins.
