    Dr. Mariano,

You recommend Nourishing Traditions. Are there any other books that you recommend to your patients? Any specific book on Inflammation that you like (for the layperson)? Thanks.

Unfortunately, I haven’t yet found a book on inflammation that doesn’t need a background in neuroscience to understand.

Good to see you J -man

Dr Mariano is correct you need a biochem degree in order to read this stuff. Even on cytokine testing results its a challange to know what you are looking for some times. Looking at different biomarkers will help to put the pieces of the puzzle together over time. I like to suggest drs to test quantative IGA and IGg serums along with CD 57 stricker panel in order to get a good look at the immune disorders. If there is lyme or mycotoxins there are other test required. It really depends on the pathology of the case.

Dr Mariano how is your book coming?
