I would please like some input.
I am 24 y/o female. Both parents are hypothyroid, mother hashimoto’s while pregnant with me, father graves then turned hypo. All my sisters, grandparents on both sides, hypo. My brother just got dx with hashimotos at 28.Anyways, I began having symptoms very young, I used to have a period for 3 weeks.
I have always been cold and constipated, my skin turned very pale at 14, depressed, etc. the usual hypo stuff. I have always felt sick, spent a lot of time in the hospital, rashes, just random stuff.anyways, I had such a hard time losing weight. I began exercising 6-7 hours a day when I was 17 and eating less, but still carbs/fats/protein. When I was 18/19, I began doing about 2 hours of cardio a day and an hour of weight lifting. zero carbs or added fats, just egg whites, chicken, extra lean turkey, fat free cottage cheese, tuna. nothing else. I began competing in bikini/figure shows, lost tons of weight. My schedule was this: wake up at 4:00, study for a bit, train, go to school until about 5, work at my job, sometimes I would train 2xs a day. This continued until I went to grad school in another state and really felt the drain.. I didn’t have a period for 8 years. Here are some of my labs..
