    Hey Group,

    I take Alpha GPC because I’m in the process of rehabbing a brain injury. I also take HC to combat adrenal fatigue. I’ve read conflicting information regarding alpha gpc’s effect on cortisol. Does anyone know if alpha gpc has an effect on cortisol? And if so, would I still be able to take alpha gpc?
