Thx for the list of supplements!

I know your story quite good now from realthyroidhelp 🙂

I hope I can improve those muscles problems (twitching, buzzing, cramping, stiffness, restlessness etc…) they are now by far the worst of my remaining symptoms, I don’t feel fatigue as much now.

Strangely, they weren’t as bad when I was on a lower dose of Thyroid hormones, but some symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, nausea, feeling like fainting etc.. were worse than now. At some point, I could hardly stand up for more than 5 minutes, I never feel like fainting now.

I’m guessing my body need nutriments/time to repair itself now, I think I got it covered with my supplements. I’ve been taking iron for 2 months now and I’m gonna check my ferritin tomorrow. I hope HCG will improve me too, I haven’t started it yet.

    Gotta keep the faith 🙂

When raising one particular nutrient there could be a chain reaction with zinc, copper, manganse. How should one raise one nutrient while not creating an issue with another?

Correcting iron deficiency could one use.
    50 mgs BID
    30 mgs zinc picolate
    20 mgs manganse
    2 mgs copper.

If a person has copper deficiency then supplementing iron would cause it to build up in the liver resulting in similar issue to hemochromatosis, but probably would be not evident in ferritin levels.

When ever I take copper it makes me turn mean, hard, non loving towards people, social with drawn.

A nutrient dense diet with real food (e.g. steaks (with the fat), butter, lots of green vegetables, etc) would provide enough of the other nutrients at other times of the day to avoid having to add other supplements to the mix. Generally, this is the case.

The primary problem is competition between these minerals for absorption. One could measure these other minerals to help determine if a deficiency in the other minerals is caused by increased intake of the others – particularly if the diet is not good in the first place.

I think alot of peoples minerals issues are due to people’s inflammed digestive tract and taking additional supplements are key to helping them to return to balance. One of the major things I focus on is the gut, liver for helping to heal peoples emotional and digestion issue. As Dr Mariano knows majority of the neurotransmitters are produced here and not in the brain. So if a person has an inflammed intestinal tract due to prolonged stress, hidden food allergies, hidden infammation (gastritus, esophagitis, h pylori), low stomach acids, pancreatic enyzme deficiency the building blocks for neurotransmitters are going to be low. I would love to conduct a study of people with depression that had altered intestinal flora, pancreatic enzyme, low stomach acids, food allergies and anything else affecting absorption, assimulation, and metabolism of amino acids. Actually there is a place near me that has the Heidsburg capsule test which test stomach acids. So I am going to see if my insurance will cover it to get tested.
