    Dr. M,
Are you a proponent of raw milk/dairy? Thanks.

Raw milk is a highly nutrient dense food.

A Swiss Village studied by Weston Price, DDS, years ago, had villagers who lived only on Raw Milk and Bread. The village people were very healthy and had healthy and well developed teeth without cavities or crookedness – indicating excellent nutritional status.

If available, raw milk is preferable to other less nutritious forms of milk. These days, you would have to live next to a dairy or milk your own cows to get raw milk.

Realize there are risks in drinking raw milk. These have to be taken into consideration versus the benefits when recommending raw milk.

Raw milk I would only drink from A-2 cows (jersey or Gumsey cows). It does have a lot of very positive benefits as Dr Mariano describe. I tried it in home made kefir and I nearly died.
Every one body is different. I suggest you try it for your self or may want to switch to raw goat milk. I tend to use baby coconut milk instead because I avoid dairy, gluten, soy like the plaque

For more information you may want to look into Weston Price Foundation
