Hi, learning a hard lesson, decided to take myself off Amitriptyline, I thought slowly, allowed 3 weeks between each drop in dose, from 30mgs to 20mg then down to 10mg, 2 days ago I stopped, I am tearful, shaking, not sleeping. Have 3/4 of 10mg in me this morning. I have asked for God’s help with this, would be grateful of supportive advise to see me through. I will phone my GP and book an appointment.
