Whenever I’ve taken L-Tyrosine, it always increases norepinephrine and therefore anxiety, but it never increases dopamine and therefore libido. I’ve also taken the L-Tyrosine for a couple of months with dopamine cofactors such as iron, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin b6 and copper, but still the L-Tyrosine keeps getting converted into mostly norepinephrine.

Try L-Dopa/Mucuna Pruriens. Dopamine is still a precursor to NE and will be broken down to that if required.
