Im 25 years old and had a experience with a female at the end of May I couldn’t get a
erection without constant stimulation, and it was not full as it should be. I figured it was performance anxiety since I didn’t have sex in a few
years just masturbation. so I figured I would be alright when I got home ,
its been about month and a half and I haven’t been able to get my hard erection as before
just weak erections & no more morning wood . I dont know if its a chemical
imbalance or what2 months later
my penis is smaller than it normally is in flaccid state, its numb like the sensitivity isnt there, and when it seems to get to the normal flaccid size it feels extremely soft and rubbery also lightweight not as heavy as it should be. my sexdrive seems to come and go day by day but nothing like it used to be very small intervals. this is driving me crazy. . does my penis have damage or is it a bloodflow issue. my urine stream seems to split at times and I have a dribble after done urinatingI know propecia users that have experience this but I never took any hair loss pills or etc. can this be due to sexual exhaustion. only supplements i took prior to this were fish oil and acai berry, gnc supplements multi vitamins, chinese herbs thats it.
is it possible to just have your hormones go off balance when you reach a certain age this young.
August 25, 2010 at 3:16 am #4506DrMariano2ParticipantIt is possible to have signaling problems at a young age. By signal, I mean not just hormone problems, but neurotransmitter, cytokine, eicoisinoids and other signal problems may be present to contribute to a behavioral problem. And sexual function is a behavioral problem.
Nutritional problems, in the modern world, are significant issues when it comes to sexual function. For example, zinc deficiency can contribute to a lack of libido or erectile dysfunction. Even the lack of adequate water intake can impair both libido and erections.
One of my older patients, for example, presented with lack of energy and sex drive. We determined it was because of inadequate fluid intake. Once he had enough water intake through the day, he had lots of energy. Libido and erectile function was fully restored.
My rough rule of thumb for water intake is that (up to a certain weight limit) for every 15 pounds of body weight, one needs to drink about 1 cup of water a day. In other words, for approximately every 7 kilograms of body weight, one needs to drink about 1/4 a liter of water a day.

August 25, 2010 at 9:17 pm #4510cjohnsonMemberI increased my water intake for today and I noticed that my energy is a little better, and at work when I look at ladies I was having a slow erecting 6 o clock erection but it was still soft and weak. my flaccid state still seems to also be soft and have prominent veins.
waiting to hear from my doctor about my hormone levels.
August 30, 2010 at 4:48 pm #4508cumkwakkaMemberi weigh 73 kilos
that would be 5 litres???? that’s quite an amount! wouldn’t it be dangerous for me and other ppl having adrenal fatigue and low sodium levels to begin with?
i will try this anyways!
could you also plz comment on my case in this section DrMariano thx!
August 30, 2010 at 9:56 pm #4507DrMariano2ParticipantSee the correction.
For a 73 kg person, water intake would be 2.6 liters a day or 0.69 gallons a day.
The intake is limited by the kidney’s ability to remove excess water – which is about 1 liter an hour.
There is a limit to water intake, which has to be spread through the day to avoid causing water toxicity.

The majority of younger men (74%) rated sexual function as good or very good; only 10% of men older than 80 rated sexual function the same. Only 12% of younger men reported big or moderate problems. But nearly a quarter to a third of men older than 50 reported this degree of severity in sexual function.
