Can someone have different functioning of different parts of the adrenal gland.

Could the aldosterone bit make too much and the cortisol bit make too little ?

I think i have signs of too much aldosterone and too little cortisol.

Yes, the adrenal glands can have different functioning in different parts.

For example, aldosterone production is not only increased by ACTH, but also by Antiotensin II (which is increased by Renin, which is increased by norepinephrine and histamine), low salt level, low blood pressure, etc. independently of ACTH. Thus one can have high aldosterone and low cortisol.
