    Hello all,

I apoligize in advance for the length of this post. Iam a 19 year old male who has had a serious problem the last 9 months. Through various lifestyle choices and actions I have thrown my nervous system serverly out of balance. I have made my syspathetic nervous system highly dominant and weakened my parasympathetic. My body is constantly over producing Norepinephrine through the dopamine-Norepinephrine conversion. My symptoms began to maifest themselves in the following ways about 9 months ago.

    1) severe premature ejaculation( never had this before)

    2) Occasional ED

    3) very frequent urination( probabaly due to to inflamation from prostaglandin e2 from excesive Norepinephrine)

    4) eyefloaters( went to an eye doctor who couldnt not detect anything wrong with my eyes in the slightest)

    5) unexplainable lower back ache(probable inflamation and poor circulation) despite avoidance of all strenous activity on that region of my body for months now.

Factors that I believe caused this condition

    1) overmasterbation

    2) Doing exstacy twice in the months before sysmptoms began

    3) doing xanax 3 times also in the months before

    4) excesive marijuana use before

    5) weightlifting 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week

In the last 4 months iv figured out what caused my problems through the following sites
http://cure-erectile-dysfunction.org/ and http://actionlove.com/. Both sites go into great detail about the biochemical reaction going on in my body.

I have experimented with various products and approaches on how to stop this process in my body the last couple of months with minimal sucess. However I was able Cure my PE twice in the last 4 months doing the following

an herbal product that contains ingredients(example tribulus) that claim to raise yout testosterone( from my blood tests while on the product it would seem that it actually did) along with DHEA 25 mg. I might add that my testosterone on 3 diffrent occasions this summer was 384, 459(2 days after discontinuing hebal product) and 414.

When i took this product along with 200 mg time realase 5htp I was able to last just as long as before Sexual exhaustion(20 to 30 minutes). There for sure was no placebo effect the sensations were totally different.

However when I took just the herbal product or just 5htp I had PE within a minute. It also took about 3 to 4 weeks of taking the herbal product daily for it to have that effect( im assuming because the DHEA and testosterone raising ingredients had to build up in my system to high enough amounts to have the desired effect).

At first i was very puzzled as to why this combination was succesful and after doing alot of research I found some answers. I obviously understood why the 5htp was useful but the role testosterone and DHEA played were puzzling for me. It wasnt until I found definitivemind.com and a post that you had for another user that It seemed i was finding some asnwers to the puzzle.

I cant find the post( just searched for ten minutes) but in it you talked about all the signals in the body that prevent excesive Norepinephrine from being relieased. You mention the follwing

    serotonin
    GABA
    dopamine
    testosterone
    DHEA
    cortisol
    estrogen

Probably some others as well but i cant remember. This however makes sense because when I took a testosterone and DHEA(also dopamine through Mucana Pruriens) promoting supplement alongside a 5htp supplement i was able to cure my PE. however the moment i discontuned use of the herbal supplement or tried just 5htp my symptoms returned.

    Basically my questions are this

    1) Does the above explanation make sense to you?

    2) to reverse whats going on in my body (excesive dopamine to Norepinephrine) do you think
    In theory this could work

    1) raise testosterone(clomid or HCG)
    2) raise DHEA( DHEA supplement)
    3) raise serotonin( trytophan or 5htp with carbidopa)
    4) raise GABA ( picamilion, phenibut? not sure how to do this most effectively)
    5) raise cortisol if low( cortef)
    6) Once serotonin and GABA raised possibly add dopamine raising supplement( mucana puriens, tyrosine)

Do you think this approach could work coupled with as much stress free living, meditation, light exercise, and a positve outlook ? Im honestly not going to do this I just want to know if my thinking is right and an aproach similar to this could work. I also might add iam a patient of Hardasnails so for sure im not going to do anything until I consult with him I just respect your opinion and knowledge tremendously and was very interested in what you have to say.

Also one more thing i just remembered. There is a forum member on here, blackjack i believe not sure. After going through many of his posts he has many of the same symptoms as me and through his posts it would seem he also has sexual exhaustion. He said that one of the few times he was able to last longer (5-10 mins as oppsed to 1 min) was when he was on clomid. This would seem to further confirm the testosterone does play a role in preventing excesive sympathetic activity and helping the parasympathetic nerves prolong sex. Once again i would love to hear your thoughts and opinions. Thank you.

Also iv come across some articles online saying that taking 5htp is relatively useless especially when taking B vitamins because 90 percent of it gets metabolized in the gut and only a small amount reaches the brain and central nervous system. this has proven tru in my case because only when i took a high dose 200 to 400 mgs was enough able to get through to the CNS to actually have an efect. What would be the most effective way of avoiding 5htp getting metabolized in the gut?

    1) taking trytophan instead?

    2) taking 5htp with carbidopa?

    3) taking 5htp sublingualy?

any help/advice/info would be greatly apreciated
