I have been using a magnesium/potassium supplement for a bit. i cant say i noticed any difference in using it though. the concentrations are 200mg Mag and 100mg pot.
Anyway, last night i tried 2 tablets to try get my potassium level up.
I noticed i felt good 1/2h later and i have been having a problem with my blood pressure and i tested it and it was very normal 125/65.
Today i feel fine, but i took the magnesium / potassium tablets this morning (x2) and i feel different again. a good different. i feel nice and warm and generally very good.
i may have stumbled on the fact that i need more magnesium. i understand it is needed to help the thyroid out, but what is it actually doing.
i am getting stronger and stronger at the moment and i think i am uncovering a lot of hidden illness i never knew i had. by that i mean i think there is more wrong than just the thyroid and adrenals. last night in the gym i found it very easy to breath doing exercise.
