HAN i am interested to know. Can long term hidden chronic infections deplete the body of cholesterol causing low cholesterol when diet is adequate? And would hypothyroidism predispose someone to this kind of scenario?

And what other issues can low cholesterol cause from your knowledge/experience?

    I ask because last year i had Total cholesterol of 2.6 (3.5 – 5.0)

    Recent cholesterol 3.3 (3.5 – 5.0)

I feel something is still depleting it. When i tired a liver glandular today which contains cholesterol shit after i felt amazing. My body temp went from 35.4 to 36.1C in the evening and i felt alive.

Mine might not be so low right now but adding extra could certainly help with any dysbosis i might be experiencing.
Im ordering Sonic Cholesterol and about to use it to see what improvements i might get out of it.

I’m new here, but am somewhat familiar with your experience. I had low cholesterol when it was tested about a year and a half ago, but I think it was mostly due to taking too much T3 at the time. The higher T3 is, the lower cholesterol will be from my understanding–they are inversely related. I went off and on Sonic cholesterol, but the first round I did NOT take enough of it. One capsule is equal to the cholesterol in one egg. I started taking 4 in the morning and now 3 or 4 with an afternoon snack or meal and I feel much more energetic, warmer, and thoughts are more clear. I also recently started Folinic acid(5-MTHF) so some of my relief could be due to that. Good luck!
