    I have decided I need to get some psychotherapy and think emotional/mental issues contribute greatly to my situation.

    In the meantime, does anyone have any relaxation techniques to help one calm down, relax and most importantly help one sleep.

    Not sure if the last one is possible – as I can get to sleep reasonably well, but when I wake, my mind gets going and I sometimes lose a few precious hours tossing and turning.
