I have learned a lot from you HAN. You opened up my world in terms of health and i have now been able to start treating my family members. Their symptoms are easily understandable and easy to fix which is great.
For example My sister has pyroluria and she hasn’t been taking p5p and zinc now she starts taking it again and her depression goes away. She has ongoing muscle twiching and cramping. I tell her low P5P causes magnesium to not be able to be absorbed into the cell so you are still magnesium deficient. She starts taking this her cramps and twiches go away and her energy improves.
She had haemorroids of unknown cause. I told her to check her copper levels i guessed low since copper is required for collagen formation and people with low copper have a tendency towards haemorroids. Turns out her blood levels are low and she has been taking zinc for extended periods of time without copper for her pyroluria further depleting copper since they are antagonists. She started using copper and immediatly noticed improvements even in body temperature since it was likely compromising her thyroid functioning.
I am wondering HAN if you can fill us in on other nutrients such as the above which can cause a seesaw effect with other nutrients and deplete those as well.
😀

How much copper is she on? 2-3 mgs to balance out the zinc..
Very well done.
It may take her upto 3- 6 months till the zinc clears out and copper levels restabilize.
Yes grasshopper you have learned well. It took me over 6 years to finally start to learn to comprehend this stuff at such an intricate level.
