I feel that my system is overactivated again die to the long lasting suppression of HPG and HPA, there is currently too much adrenaline/noradrenaline production which i cant control (apart from small doses of diazepams) and some weird association with insulin which makes my taste in my mouth very weird. I also feel my rib cage and back where liver is located a bit achy and my intestines/stomach a bit irritated and swollen. Also have nausea, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog…

Is this long lasting in excess adrenaline and insulin production sort of inflammatory and what should i do to keep that down apart from refraining from situations that rise my catecholamine levels and using small doses of diazepam. I dont like antidepressants because each time i use them my testicles hurt and shrink (yes its unbelievable but this sort of issues come around after finasteride- im so drug sensitive right now)
